A tragedy occurred in the Bosse district on January 22, 2015: a public transport stop on Kuprina Street was shelled. As a result of this terrible event, eight civilians were killed and other 26 were injured.
An examination of the sites of shell hits enabled us to establish the shelling. Presumably, the fire was coming from the Ocheretino-Grodovka district, where the 2S7 Pion self-propelled guns belonging to the 43rd Separate Heavy Artillery Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were found.
PS: we are not the only organization that reveals facts of military aggression. Previously, a public organization called “Fair Defense” operated in the territory of the unrecognized DPR, which conducted numerous investigations of war crimes. Unfortunately, at the moment, the FDO has ceased its activities, but we will continue to publish its investigations so that their work done did not fall into oblivion.
